No project is too ambitious!
Nevertheless, here is a non-exhaustive list of some of the things I do:
• Custom LEGO® models, sculptures, and architectural designs (physical and digital)
• Custom LEGO® set with instruction manual
• Instruction manual creation for an existing digital build

That depends on the relative complexity of the model you request for me to build. After you submit a commission request, I will follow up with any additional clarifying questions I might have about the request, and then I will provide a quote (starting at $200 for the most basic designs). This includes the Studio design file and a PDF copy of the instruction manual.

Rates for creating instructions for an existing digital design are much lower, of course. However, they are quoted on a case-by-case basis given the wide variety of complexity that comes with every design.

You have the option of sourcing your own LEGO® elements to build the design yourself, but I offer that service as well for no additional cost. I seek out the most cost-effective way of sourcing the building materials for the design, and I simply add that to the total cost of the build.

I try to be cost-conscious when designing a model by choosing a more efficient selection of elements and color combinations. However, sometimes fidelity requires rare elements and color combinations, so that can raise the cost of sourcing the building materials.

If you have an ambitious project for me, I am always willing to work out a payment arrangement that is mutually beneficial.

Once I have established a plan for the build, I design the LEGO® model virtually in BrickLink Studio. I also use this software to design the instructions for the model.

If your request includes a physical model or kit, then I source only new LEGO® elements from reputable vendors across the United States.
